Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1.5 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Add chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
  3. Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Discard leftover marinade.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. In the last few minutes of grilling, brush additional honey on each breast for a sticky glaze.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
